M I S S I O N: The Helmert-Wolf blocking (HWB) method from Satellite Geodesy is harnessed by all safety-critical transport and warning systems requiring the Best Available Technology Economically Achievable (BATEA). Their Guidance, Navigation or Control systems using most sophisticated receivers must be enhanced with the patented Fast Kalman Filtering (FKF) method in order to make their high-precision computations to run full speed for life like a cheetah. The safety and security issues dominate the standardization efforts of all transport vehicles. All other ultra-reliable (i.e. optimal) navigation solutions are faced by the Central Inversion Problem (CIP) of "1000 supercomputers" .
V I S I O N: The centimeter-level of accuracy obtained from the Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) like GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and GALILEO for Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) surveying is made attainable jointly with Precise Point Positioning (PPP) and Inertial Navigation Systems (INS) for navigation, mobile positioning, cruise control, autonomous driving, robots and environmental monitoring such as detecting crustal jerks, collapsing buildings or bridges, sudden rises of tsunami buoys, high water vapour contents causing twisters or road frost etc.. The vehicle and traffic safety is warranted by speed restrictions that are based on the ultra-reliable accuracy estimation (crf. MINQUE) using this real-time FKF computing.
V A L U E S: Public safety, security and human rights are fostered with Intelligent Transport System (ITS) advancements and technology transfer.
